Appointments and Bookings

Making an Appointment

Appointments can be made online through our booking system or by phone. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We operate on an appointment-only basis.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.

Deposits

If a deposit is required, it will be applied toward your appointment and may be forfeited under the cancellation policy.

Appointment Environment

For safety and a calm environment, we kindly ask clients to attend appointments alone.

Payment and Pricing

Payment terms and conditions:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST is not applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed appointments will honor the quoted price
• Package deals and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Medical and Health Considerations

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• You acknowledge that aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed during consultation

Retail Products

Our retail product policy:

• Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of fault
• Product recommendations are based on your individual needs, but results may vary
• Always perform a patch test before using new products
• Follow all product usage instructions carefully

Intellectual Property
